On the receipt of manuscript, Replika offers complete project management facility like -  editing, typesetting, drawing of line diagrams, mailing & uploading proofs to authors & contributors, incorporating corrections and liaising with authors to provide print-ready PDF files .

PDF files received or uploaded are checked page-by-page for missing fonts or any errors. RGB, CMYK, overprints and bleeds are be intimated within 24 hours. Pre-checked files are ripped using Preps as per the output format. Plotter are provided on FOGRA approved calibrated inkjet printers from Epson and HP, which are duly folded and trimmed to the size of publication, in exact matching to the print quality.

It takes us four to five weeks to produce a job depending upon volume from receipt of PDF to dispatch.
Transit time from warehouse to warehouse is four to five weeks for UK and Europe; five to six 6 weeks to USA (including custom clearance, inland haulage, transit by sea and on carriage).

Our production manager will appraise on the weekly status of your job from the date of receipt of the order, to status of plotter proofs, text and cover printing, advance copies and bulk dispatch.

Replika has a strong quality control (QT) team to monitor the job from day one. Every job undergoes a hundred percent QC test at various levels at least twice before being delivered to you.

Quality Control criteria:
           
1) GATF printing guidelines
2) Densities are checked at each level of processing, plate making and printing
3) Machines provided with Spectro-Densitometer. Supervisors check on with the machine print quality
4) Stocks of books are checked prior to dispatch
