Replika has formulated its own environment policy, so as to minimize the unconstructive environmental impacts for ensuring sustainability in the print production process and systems. Replika Press uses the latest and most contemporary technologies in the market to ensure proper collection and disposal of solid, liquid, papers and fumes from all processes so as to render them safe for environment. There is regular monitoring, evaluation, review and follow-up action to maintaining ecological balance. Replika organizes regular training for safe handling of chemicals, and hazardous waste

Labour Policy
Replika Press is one of the select groups in the book printing business organizations in India which are committed to the official labour policy in letter and spirit. All the standing orders pertaining to workers and management staff pertaining to wages, classification of workmen, shift working, attendance, leave, holidays, and medical services available are prominently displayed on the Notice Board and implemented in full force.
